We all get a part in our own story.

Like so many of us, I was handed a script early on: work hard, stay busy, keep moving forward — and maybe, if you’ve earned it, rest at the end. I followed it for years, ignoring the quiet voice that whispered there was more. It wasn’t until I began to unravel those layers of conditioning that I found my own rhythm — slower, more intentional, deeply rooted in presence. Sanctuary Gatherings is my way of helping others do the same: to remember that life is not a checklist, but a living, breathing experience meant to be savored.

I’m Toni Harris, the founder and guiding heart behind Sanctuary Gatherings, a space devoted to slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering the wisdom we already carry. As a master-level Sound Bath facilitator and Level 2 certified Intuitive Rebirth practitioner, I bring together decades of lived experience and refined skill to create deeply transformative containers for individuals and groups.

I believe true healing happens when we tend to both the energetic and the tangible — when the spirit is nurtured and the human self is given the tools to thrive. This philosophy flows through everything I offer, from immersive sound journeys and energy clearing to mindful dining experiences and ritual tea ceremonies. My love for working with plant allies is woven into my work, using herbs and tea blends as intentional partners in grounding, opening, and transforming the energy in the room.

Before titles and certifications, my path was shaped by lived resilience — navigating life’s challenges with grace, curiosity, and a willingness to meet myself fully. Those experiences taught me how to guide others with grounded compassion, helping them reconnect with their own inner authority and unique rhythm. I know the courage it takes to slow down, to listen deeply, and to create a life that feels like yours — because I’ve done it myself.

Whether in a private coaching container, a women’s circle, a sound journey, or a shared meal that becomes a catalyst for conversation and self-discovery, my invitation is the same: arrive fully, explore what’s ready to shift, and leave more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

My philosophy — Graceful Resilience and Slow Living — shapes everything I create: meeting life’s challenges with presence, intention, and enough space for transformation to truly take root.

No matter how we work together — in circle, over a mindful meal, through sound, or in deep 1:1 energy work — my spaces are sanctuaries. Places where you can set down the weight you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive.
